NCAHRS 2026 Refund & Transfer Policy

Thank you for registering for NCAHRS 2026. Please review our policy carefully regarding registration fees.

1. No Refund Policy

All registration fees for NCAHRS 2026 are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused tickets, regardless of the date of request.

2. Ticket Transfers (By Mutual Consent)

While fees are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent your attendance. Under specific conditions, a ticket may be transferred to another individual:

  • Mutual Understanding: Transfers are only permitted through mutual consent and prior approval from the conference organizers.
  • Notification: The registered candidate must inform the Conference Secretariat of the intent to transfer the ticket.
  • Formal Request: All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to ncahrsaiims@gmail.com.

3. Transfer Requirements

When writing to the Secretariat, please include:

  • Original attendee’s full name and Transaction ID.
  • Details of the person receiving the transfer (Full name, Email, and Designation).
  • A formal statement of consent for the transfer.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If NCAHRS 2026 is canceled by the organizers, all registered attendees will receive a full refund. In cases of Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the committee will determine the most appropriate course of action, which may include ticket credits for future events.
