Refund & Transfer Policy

Thank you for registering for NCAHRS 2026. Please review our policy carefully regarding registration fees.
1. No Refund Policy
All registration fees for NCAHRS 2026 are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused tickets, regardless of the date of request.
2. Ticket Transfers
Under specific conditions, a ticket may be transferred to another individual:
- Mutual Understanding: Transfers require mutual consent and prior approval from organizers.
- Notification: Inform the Secretariat of the intent to transfer.
- Formal Request: Submit in writing via email to ncahrsaiims@gmail.com.
3. Transfer Requirements
- Original attendee’s full name and Transaction ID.
- Details of the recipient (Full name, Email, and Designation).
- A formal statement of consent for the transfer.
4. Cancellation or Postponement
If NCAHRS 2026 is canceled by organizers, attendees will receive a full refund. In cases of Force Majeure, the committee will determine the best course of action.
