Welcome to the National Conference on Advance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Sciences (NCAHRS) at AIIMS, Delhi!

It is with immense pleasure and excitement that we welcome you to the National Conference on Advance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Sciences (NCAHRS), a celebration of knowledge, collaboration, and innovation, hosted at the prestigious AIIMS, New Delhi. This conference aims to bring together students, professionals, and enthusiasts from the field of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, prosthetist- orthotists, psychologists, dietician, speech therapists, special educators to share insights, research, and experiences while fostering a spirit of learning and interaction.

To make this event even more engaging, interactive, and student-friendly, we are excited to announce a series of competitions and cultural events designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and fun. These activities will provide a wonderful platform for students to showcase their talents, connect with peers, and build lasting memories.

1. Registration for the conference is mandatory for participation in the event.
2. Participants are encouraged to follow the official Instagram page, @ncahrs_aiims, for updates and event-related information.
3. The last date for registration for the competition is 5th April.

Quiz
BRAIN VITA (QUIZ) Prelimnary Round Date: 11th April 2026
Final Round Date: 12th April 2026

Rules and Regulations –

1. Team Composition: Each team must consist of 4 undergraduate students from multidisciplinary stream. A maximum of 1 team per college is allowed.

2. Participation Rounds: The competition will have two stages: Preliminary Round to shortlist teams for the finals. Final Round for selected teams.

3. Prohibited Devices: The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices during the competition is strictly not allowed.

4. Punctuality: Teams must report at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for both rounds.

5. Quiz Format: The format (e.g., multiple choice, buzzer round, rapid-fire, etc) will be explained before the competition begins.

6. Decision Authority: The quiz masters decisions will be final and binding in case of any disputes.

7. Code of Conduct: Teams are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow participants and organizers.

Dance
REHABISTA (DANCE) Unwind, Unplug, Unleash Talent (CULTURAL PROGRAM)
Date: 11th April 2026 (Saturday) | Venue: JLN Auditorium, AIIMS, New Delhi

Dance Competition Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility: Open to students from participating colleges/institutions. Students from different streams can also form a team.

2. Registration: Participation in the dance competition is only allowed for those who have registered for the conference and paid the fees. Late entries will not be entertained. No on-the-spot entries are allowed. Only 1 team per college is allowed.

3. Group Size: Only group dances are allowed. No solo performances. Each group must have a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 15 participants.

4. Performance Time: Performances must not exceed 5 minutes. Exceeding the time limit may result in penalties.

5. Theme and Music: Participants may choose their own theme for the performance. Groups must bring their music in MP3 format on a pen drive only. Ensure compatibility with the provided equipment.

6. Costumes and Props: Costumes and props are allowed but must be appropriate and should not obstruct the performance area or create safety hazards.

7. Basic audio-visual equipment will be provided by the organizers. Participants are responsible for ensuring their music works with the provided setup.

8. Disqualification: Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

9. A panel of experienced judges will evaluate performances based on the stated criteria.

10. Awards: Winners will receive trophies and certificates.

11. Participants are required to report to the venue one hour prior to the start of the program to ensure a smooth commencement.

12. Additional Information: These rules are subject to change, and participants will be informed of any updates. Each team must have one group coordinator who would be responsible for managing with the organizing team.

Fashion
FASHION SHOW Date: 11th April 2026, Saturday (After dance competition)
Venue: JLN Auditorium, AIIMS, New Delhi

Fashion Show Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to students from participating colleges and institutions. Students from different streams can also form a team.

2. Registration: Only those who have registered for the conference and paid the required fees are eligible to participate. Late registrations will not be accepted. Only 1 team per college is allowed.

3. Group Size: Only group performances are allowed. Each group must consist of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 15 participants.

4. Performance Time: Each group will be allocated 5 minutes to perform. Exceeding the time limit will result in penalties.

5. Theme and Music: Participants may choose their own theme for the performance. Groups must provide their background music in MP3 format on a pen drive only. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure compatibility with the equipment provided.

6. Costumes and Props: Participants are encouraged to use creative costumes and props that align with their theme. All costumes and props must be appropriate, in good taste, and should not obstruct the performance area or cause safety issues.

7. Stage Setup and Equipment: The organizers will provide basic audio-visual equipment, including a sound system and stage lighting. Participants must test their music in advance.

8. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain decorum and abide by the rules during the competition. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in immediate disqualification.

9. Disqualification: Non-compliance with any of the rules may lead to disqualification of the group.

10. A panel of experienced judges will evaluate the performances.

11. Awards: Winning teams will receive trophies and certificates.

12. Participants are required to report to the venue one hour prior to the start of the program to ensure a smooth commencement. Each team must have one group coordinator responsible for managing with the organizing team.

Body Painting
SKIN SPECTRUM (BODY PAINTING) Date: 11th April 2026

Rules & Regulations:

1. General Guidelines: This activity is conducted strictly for academic learning, not for entertainment. Painting is permitted only on face, arms (shoulder to hand), and legs (mid-thigh to ankle/foot). Painting on chest, abdomen, back, neck, or any private/sensitive area is strictly prohibited. Participants must wear proper, decent, and non-revealing clothing at all times. Participation is completely voluntary; no student shall be forced or pressured. Students must maintain professional behavior, respectful language, and appropriate conduct throughout the activity. Any inappropriate jokes, comments, gestures, or physical contact are strictly prohibited. The activity will be conducted under continuous faculty supervision. Any participant feeling uncomfortable has the right to stop participation immediately. Violation of any rule may result in immediate removal and disciplinary action as per institutional policy. Conference registration is mandatory for participation.

2. Team Composition: Each college may register only one team. Students from different streams may form a team. Each team must have 4 members, including one model. Teams must consist of students of the same gender. Participation as a model is voluntary and requires prior written consent.

3. Time Limit: Each team will have 45 minutes to complete the painting task.

4. Materials Allowed: Only skin-safe, non-toxic, and washable paints and hygienic materials may be used. Participants must bring their own materials.

5. Cleanliness: Teams will be evaluated on maintaining cleanliness during and after the activity.

6. Theme: The theme will be related to academics according to the respective streams. The topic will be announced on the spot.

7. Prohibited Devices & Recording: Mobile phones are not permitted during the competition. Photography, videography, or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.

8. Judging & General Conditions: Entries will be judged on creativity, adherence to theme, technique, hygiene, and teamwork. The decision of the organizing committee is final and binding. Let your creativity shine through vibrant colors and unique designs!!

Reel Making
REEL REHAB REVOLUTION (REEL MAKING COMPETITION) Date: 11th April 2026

Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility: Only individual entries will be accepted. A maximum of four students per college is allowed. Conference registration is mandatory for participation in the event.

2. Topic & Timeline: The topic will be announced on 11th April at 10:00 AM at the venue at the commencement of the competition. Submission deadline: 12th April at 10:00 AM. Late entries will not be entertained.

3. Content Guidelines: The reel must be in English or Hindi and based on an academic theme. Each participant may submit only one reel. Content must be original and free from unauthorized copyrighted material. Offensive, defamatory, political, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Technical Specifications: Duration: 30–60 seconds (entries beyond this limit will not be considered). Format: Vertical (9:16 aspect ratio). Minimum resolution: 720p (1080p recommended).

5. Submission Procedure: The reel must be posted publicly on Instagram. Participants must tag @ncahrs_aiims and send a collaboration request to the same account. The caption must include: Participant’s Name, Conference Registration Code, Institution/Organization Name, Official Hashtag: #ncahrsaiims

6. Judging & General Conditions: Entries will be judged based on creativity, relevance to the theme, originality, clarity of message, and overall presentation. The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding. Bring your creativity and enthusiasm to make this competition a colorful success!
