Abstract Submission Guidelines for Paper Presentation

Abstracts are invited from Graduate, Postgraduate, and PhD students, as well as academicians, clinicians, and professionals in the fields of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Nutrition, Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Special Education, and Prosthetics and Orthotics, who have an interest in Healthcare and Rehabilitation Sciences.

Submission Details

• Abstract submission will commence w.e.f 30th January 2026.
• The abstract must be 250–300 words in length.
• The text should be typed in Times New Roman, with a font size of 12.
• Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
• Submissions will be accepted through email only.
• All abstracts will undergo a peer review process and will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Presentation Guidelines

• Only one author will be permitted to present the paper.
• Each presenter will be allotted 8–10 minutes for presentation.
• Participants are advised to plan their presentation for 6–7 minutes for questions.
• The final presentation must be prepared and submitted in PowerPoint (PPT) format.
• Presentation slides must be submitted on or before 31st March 2026 via email to abstractncahrs@gmail.com.
• Selected Scientific papers / Abstracts and proceeding will be published in E-Souvenir or print version with ISBN No.

1. UNDERGRADUATE PAPER PRESENTATION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ONLINE MODE ON 3rd AND 5th APRIL 2026.

2. Certificate and award distribution will be done on the conference days 11th and 12th April 2026.

3. POST GRADUATE AND PhD PAPER PRESENTATION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OFFLINE MODE ON 11th AND 12th APRIL DURING THE CONFERENCE.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

• Maximum size: 3 feet (width) × 4 feet (height). Portrait orientation.
• The content should be concise, visually appealing, and easy to read.
• Only one student will be allowed to present the poster.
• For poster presentation only Title of the topic is required. send at: abstractncahrs@gmail.com
• Prizes will be awarded for the best Innovation Poster Scientific paper presentation.
• Conference registration is mandatory for all presentations.
