- All content presented during the workshops, including presentations, videos, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of the respective speakers or NCAHRS.
- Recording, photographing, or distributing workshop content without explicit written permission from the organizers is strictly prohibited.

- The information provided during workshops (e.g., clinical techniques or biomedical assessments) is for educational and informational purposes only.

5. Participant Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other participants.
- Any individual found causing a disturbance or engaging in harassment will be removed from the event without a refund.

- In the event of a venue change or postponement, registered attendees will be notified via the email provided during registration.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
